Ever

Ever was, presumably, a man at one point. Depending on who tells the story, he is an out-colony warlord, an assassin, or a robot prizefighter in the Morgan Crime Family's stable. The most persistent rumor is that he is over 200 years old and fought as a pilot in the Walking Wars on Earth. He got the nickname Ever, short for Forever, a long time ago, and it has stuck ever since. No one knows or remembers his real name. There have been rumors that he was called up for breaking the Rilos Accords, an agreement to not allow machines to pilot machines, because he is so heavily enhanced. But anyone who speaks to him knows that beneath all that metal is a fractured psyche - a damaged man. Some believe he has undergone so much augmentation out of necessity, injuries from the longest career at war anyone has ever had.
